Local interest cards have proved popular which I now sell via a local retail shops in my home town Bingham and the surrounding area. This has now spread with shops in Aslockton, East Bridgford, Radcliffe-on-Trent and Edwalton who are now taking my cards.

I am a member of The Rushcliffe Photographic Society and for a number of years fulfilled the roll of Competitions Secretary followed by a couple years as Chairman. Last year I decided to step back from official duties for a while enjoying just being a member! I strongly recommend anyone keen on photography to join a local club, they are usually very friendly and you learn a lot. Entering competitions is fun and a great way to improve your craft.

I am also a member of the Royal Photographic Society which is also a great source of information and an inspiration to try and develop new skills. A few years ago I applied for LRPS Status which involved the submission of a panel of ten prints to the RPS Distinctions Panel of Assessors and was delighted to have been successful at my first attempt.

Since then I have also become a members of the British Professional Photographers Association and have also acquired LBBPA status with that body as well.

People photography is a firm favourite in particular Fashion and Glamour which has developed even further since getting my own STUDIO established. I regularly undertake photo shoots with both established and complete beginners models, you can see the results of a number of these shoots in my gallery pages. I have worked hard over recent months to equip and set up my studio which is now fully operational. In addition to studio photography I am also offering my services for commercial work either on site or in studio as appropriate in addition to social event photography and of course portraiture family groups, business meetings etc., etc.
